Safety

We at Miles Macdonell take safety very seriously. We want to provide players and their families with information related to safety in Football and concussions in particular. If you have questions or want clarification, please do not hesitate to contact Head Coach Dan Washnuk at dwashnuk@retsd.mb.ca

Miles Mac Football, along with the WHSFL, Football Manitoba, and Football Canada all require our coaches to be Safe Contact Trained.

Safe Contact is an initiative in which coaches learn how to keep the head out of contact in Football.

We at Miles Mac believe, preach, and practice Safe Contact principles to help make Football as safe as possible for our athletes. Please click the link for more information.
